Requesting a shop steward

In discussions between the Employer and Employee concerning disciplinary action or when an Employee believes the discussion could lead to disciplinary action, the Employer shall notify the Employee of their right to have a Union Shop Steward present.

You may also request to have a steward present at anytime you are attending a meeting with the Employer.
